We are pleased to announce that we won gold in the 2012 True Taste Wales Awards. We entered our Cheese Sablé biscuits into the savory category and were thrilled to hear we had won an award, even more so on the night of the ceremony when we found out we had won gold!

Our Sablés have always been extremely popular with our customers. These crumbly biscuits are made to our own recipe which includes parmesan, cheddar and a touch of nutmeg. They are a delightful alternative to crackers on a cheese board and compliment chutney perfectly.
